FDE operates as a telecommunications infrastructure contractor, not a carriage service provider. FDE holds the necessary contractor accreditations and licences required under the Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth), relevant state electrical and communications licensing laws, and carrier-specific accreditation programs. FDE complies with the ACMA's Telecommunications (Network Reliability) Standard 2023 as it applies to works on licensed carrier networks.

7. Limitation of Liability
